I am a dedicated professional specialising in real estate development and project management. Since founding and leading one of the Ray White franchises in 2018, I have played a pivotal role in setting up and developing prominent real estate offices across New South Wales. My primary objectives have revolved around increasing market share, refining business operations, and instituting effective systems. This journey has highlighted my resilience and strategic adaptability, especially during challenging times like the pandemic.

 

My expertise in real estate development is further exemplified in my roles as the Development Manager at Elite Victoria Development and VDM Project Management, where I have successfully managed large-scale projects. Notably, the Clyde South master plan estate and The Bowery Alexandria are testaments to my skills in overseeing developments with significant value and complexity.

 

My journey in real estate development is complemented by a strong foundation in project management, as showcased during my time as Operations Manager at Auspac Group, where I significantly increased the company's turnover. I have also recently completed the Master of Property Development at the University of New South Wales, which aligns with my Master of International Business and Bachelor of Engineering degrees.

 

I pride myself on being a strategic thinker and an innovative leader in the real estate sector. My approach combines in-depth technical knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, aiming to create sustainable and impactful real estate projects that contribute to community development.

I have over 19 years of project management experience in Retail and Residential construction across Tehran, Dubai, Melbourne, New York, and Sydney. 

Throughout my career, I have managed a diverse range of projects, including luxury, affordable, transportable, townhouse, multi-level, and high-rise buildings. With two master’s degrees in architecture and construction project management, I have gained the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional results consistently. As a project manager, my main responsibility is to identify and mitigate risks associated with every action, ensuring that project delivery stays on track with the project program.

In my previous role, I managed various types of residential projects across NSW, working closely with third-party CAs, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

I take pride in my ability to manage complex projects while maintaining high attention to detail. My excellent communication skills, combined with my extensive knowledge and experience, enable me to effectively manage project timelines and budgets and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition to my project management work, I also work part-time as a tutor at UNSW, where I enjoy passing on my knowledge to younger students.
